Why is there an additional program available through my Phonak hearing aid button?

There is an additional program in my Phonak hearing aid button program sequence that wasn't set up by my hearing care professional.

If you use the myPhonak app, the most recently used Custom program will be added to the program sequence under the hearing aid button.
This Program is saved on the push button of the hearing aid for quick and easy access at ear level.
To check which programs are in the push button sequence, open "HEARING AID PROGRAMS" in the Devices section in the app (indicated by the push button icon). The programs will be listed here. Please note that this additional program cannot be changed nor seen by your hearing care professional.
