Can I use the myPhonak app on two smartphones?

I have 2 mobile phones and one pair of Phonak hearing aids. Can I use the myPhonak app on each phone?

Yes, it is possible to have the myPhonak app on each phone. Whichever phone the hearing aids are currently connected to is the phone that can make adjustments using the myPhonak app. We recommend only using the myPhonak app on the primary phone to prevent confusion.
