Any mobile device that supports Bluetooth Classic Audio, which includes the Hands Free Profile (HFP) and Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) should work with your Phonak hearing aids.
For phone calls and streaming, any phone supporting Bluetooth 2.1 and newer should work. Phones with Bluetooth versions prior to 2.1 may still work.
For using the myPhonak app, your phone must fulfill the following the requirements:
- myPhonak can be used on iPhones with Bluetooth® Low-Energy (LE) application running iOS Version 15 or newer.
- myPhonak can be used on Google Mobile Services (GMS) certified Android™ devices supporting Bluetooth® 4.2 and AndroidTM OS 8.0 and newer.
