myPhonak app: Not able to save Custom Programs

Why is it not possible to save a Custom Program at certain times?
To avoid the problem, please try troubleshooting steps:
  1.  Make sure your phone is updated to the latest operating system version. 
  2. Turn off keyboard and keypad sounds, screen lock and other touch interactions sounds on your phone. This is important as each time those sounds are played your hearing aids will switch to streaming mode. This causes interruptions in communication between the app and the hearing aids. 
  3. Close open apps running in the background. Bluetooth might be used by some of them as well.
