Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect

Why did my Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect?
If the Phonak hearing aids are switched off, it will automatically disconnect from a paired device, such as the mobile phone. Other reasons for disconnecting from the phone:
  • Verify your hearing aid did not run out of battery.
  • Make sure the phone is within range. If you were out of range (10 m / 30 ft) for longer time it may take up to 2 minutes until the Phonak hearing aids re-connect.
  • Make sure you have no other devices connected to your phone (such as the car Bluetooth system). This may cause your hearing aids to disconnect.
  • Verify Bluetooth is active on your phone.
