Why is my Phonak hearing aid no longer switching on automatically after being removed from the charger?
The hearing aid does not switch on automatically after being removed from the charger. I have to use the button on the hearing aid to turn it on.
Auto-on feature is disabled. To activate Auto-on, please follow the steps:
- Open the myPhonak app
- Tap on 'Devices'
- Tap on 'Auto-on'
- Enable Auto-on by moving the slider from left to right.
