Why can’t the myRogerMic app pair or connect to my Roger On?
Troubleshooting myRogerMic app pairing problems.
To be able to use the app you need first to pair it with your Roger On. Pairing needs to be done only during the setup of the app. Afterwards the app remembers your Roger On and will attempt to connect automatically whenever the app is opened.
Bluetooth needs to be activated on your smartphone
Follow the instructions provided in the app to pair it successfully to your Roger On
On Android smartphones- Location Services must be enabled during the initial setup of the app. After the initial setup Location Services are not required for the app to work
When reconnecting to the app make sure that:
Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone
Make sure your phone is not in flight mode
If the connection fails make sure that:
Roger On is turned on and has battery
Roger On is within range of a standard Bluetooth LE connection
