Limit when setting Goals

To get a reasonable goal there are some limitations for the user when setting the value of the goal. For example, no negative numbers, special characters nor letters are allowed. Only whole numbers are allowed. For steps the maximum allowed number is 100,000 and for wearing time the sum of hours and minutes can not exceed 24 hours.
