Is my heart rate measured by Phonak Audéo Fit hearing aids normal?
Heart rate range
Each person's heart rate is unique and influcenced by a multitude of factors. The user's medical care provider can offer insight as to what is normal for them. However, scientific studies show that a typical resting heart rate for adults lies between 60 and 90 beats per minute (bpm) (Gillum et al., 1992; Kannel et al., 1987; Mason et al., 2007). Typically, a lower resting heart rate is associated with better health over the long-term (Fox et al., 2007; Larsson et al., 2019).
