Why is the myPhonak app not working properly with my Phonak Infinio hearing aids?

Android users of myPhonak 6.9.0 with Infinio devices may experience problems with the app when the phone is set to the following languages:
  • Dutch
  • Portuguese
  • Hebrew
  • Czech
  • Slovak
We are aware of this problem and are actively working on a solution.
To avoid this issue, we recommend setting your phone’s system language to a language that is not affected. 


UPDATE: This issue has been resolved in myPhonak version 6.9.1 and later. Please update your app to the latest version.
