Can I use the myPhonak app to adjust the volume during phone calls?

Phonak Infinio hearing aids: You can make volume adjustments in the myPhonak app during phone calls, regardless of whether you are streaming the call from the same device that is running the myPhonak app or a different one. 

Phonak Lumity and Paradise hearing aids: 

• If you're using the same device for both streaming the call and running the myPhonak app, you cannot make adjustments in the app during the call. Instead, use the volume controls on your hearing aids or your phone. 

• If the device streaming the call is different from the one running the myPhonak app, you can adjust the volume in the app during calls.
