Why do I see the 'Hearing aid data error' message in the myPhonak app?
myPhonak app: I get a message about hearing aid data error, which says that the app is not able to read the data from my hearing aids.
You may see this message if you are running myPhonak 6.8. Please be assured your hearing aids will continue to function and operate correctly. To get your app running again with your hearing aids, please restart the app and the hearing aids.
