No invitation link to start Remote Support

Why isn't the user getting an invitation link to start Remote Support anymore?
In the latest version of  the myPhonak app, an invitation code is not necessary. The Remote Session needs to be planned in advance with the hearing care professional. At the scheduled time to begin the Remote Support session, press "START A SESSION". After that, press "Start Remote Support" and then "Join waiting room".  The hearing care professional will then be able to call the user through the app.
